With extensive experience in cross-border consulting and ESG financing, he drives OceanShield’s mission to deliver sustainable, technology-driven compliance solutions globally.He also leads the company’s growth strategy, marketing, and free zone operations in the UAE.

Technical Director – Global Compliance & Audit Operations

With over two decades of maritime engineering experience, our Technical Director leads all audit and inspection frameworks across global fleets. A certified marine engineer and auditor, he ensures every OceanShield audit meets the highest standards of safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence.
He has overseen numerous ISM, ISPS, and MLC audits, pre-vetting inspections, and dry dock readiness programs for leading ship management firms worldwide.

Director – Fleet Operations & Technical Assurance (Asia-Pacific)

Based in Singapore, our Fleet Operations Director brings deep expertise in shipboard management, technical operations, and vetting preparation.
He specializes in optimizing vessel readiness and bridging the gap between operational performance and compliance efficiency. His experience with large commercial fleets ensures that every OceanShield inspection aligns seamlessly with client expectations and industry benchmarks.
